The initial phase of the Gardener Fields project at the Port of Tacoma included the removal of 27 tanks containing oil, asphalt, and gasoline, demolition of the production plant, and the creation of a new site access, completed in 1 month. The current phase, ongoing for 5 months, involves full-site demolition, including interior demolition, mezzanine removal, structural demolition, and equipment removal.
